 PROBLEM STATMENT

Sherry needs a better way to easily partner with a reliable and cost-effective distributor who shares her values around social issues and sustainability and can help her scale her eco-friendly and equitable business because she currently has difficulty identifying trustworthy distributors from their websites due to their lack of transparency, standards, and documentation of environmental impact.

SOLUTION STATMENT

We will develop a new supplier onboarding flow on Freeda Print's website that incorporates an environmental sustainability assessment, guiding new suppliers to verify their business information and ensure alignment with the business's values. This solution will enable Sherry to quickly and easily onboard new like-minded suppliers that share her values of sustainability and support her business goals of reaching new customer markets.

  • Have to change the screener questionnaire page. The user stopped there.

  • Confusion on labeling of progress tracker

  • The onboarding process seems overwhelming. Maybe have some indicators that some boxes are required to enter.

  • It feels like filling out an immigration document.

  • Expect to tell users how long it will take to complete the onboarding process.

  • Upload pieces of ID here (wording a bit confusing)

  • Doesn’t understand Custom Printing CTA (confusing along with *)

  • Maybe submit a review should be after What Customers Say

Learnings

Prioritization: Knowing what not to do is equally important as knowing what to do in a limited amount of time. The minimal viable product or our first idea might not be perfect in features, but we can keep iterating and plan future steps.
